Abstract In this study we have investigated the nature and legal effects of the contractual remedies, thus the role and specifications of English Contract Systems has been demonstrated with an efficacy and knowledge to understand the jurisdiction of the law pertaining with the context of Contractual law that how the parties could evaluate each other, how they follow the compliance and how they meet their stated terms and conditions. If they do not fulfil the stated terms and conditions they may enter into the breach of contract which make the whole contract Void and for this act there are several remedies in contract law through which one can enable to claim against guilt party. This research has concluded each remedy simultaneously which have various functions such as (restorative, preventive and corrective). Compensation as a claim is demanded which is the part of remedial system. The recognition of the parties are entitled to hold the measures and economic efficiency which may provide hierarchy of judicial intervention with fair outcome.
